These pieces are made just for you. Production usually takes about 1 week, and can take up to 2 weeks during busy times. Once production is complete, we ship your artwork to the address you provided. Shipping time varies by destination.
Personalized Audio Readings
Audio readings are digital, so there’s no shipping. When your reading is ready, it will appear in your online account and we’ll also email you.
Ready‑to‑Ship Merch (Print‑on‑Demand)
Our merch is produced on demand through Printful. Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we’ll replace it—please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include photos.

Ready‑to‑ship items (clothing & swag)
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging. To start a return, email returns@astrasolara.com with your order number.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Return Shipping
- For non‑defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- If an item is damaged or defective, we will cover replacement costs.
