  How do I update my birth data or reset my account?

Log in and go to your Dashboard. From there you can update your birth date, time, and place at any time. Changing your birth data will trigger a fresh reading on your next generation cycle. If you need account-level help (password reset, email change), use the “My Account” page or email us at support@astrasolara.com.

  How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are managed by Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find AstraSolara → Cancel Subscription.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, go to the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find AstraSolara → Cancel.

For subscriptions purchased directly on our website, email us at support@astrasolara.com and we will cancel it for you.

  How do I request a refund?

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be requested through those platforms directly. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: contact Google Play support.

  I did not receive my reading or audio — what do I do?

Readings and audio are generated fresh for your chart and typically appear in your Dashboard within a few minutes of account setup. If more than 24 hours have passed and your reading or audio is still missing, email us at support@astrasolara.com with your account email address and we will investigate.

  Why does AstraSolara need my exact birth time and place?

Astrological charts are calculated using the precise position of the sun, moon, and planets at the exact moment and location of your birth. Your birth time determines your rising sign and house placements, which are central to how your chart is interpreted. A more accurate birth time produces a more accurate and personalized reading. If you do not know your exact birth time, you can enter an approximate time — your reading will still be generated, but some chart details may be less precise.

  How is my personal data used?

Your birth data and account information are used solely to generate your personalized astrological content. We do not sell your data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

  How do I delete my account and data?

You can request full account deletion by emailing support@astrasolara.com with the subject line “Delete My Account.” We will permanently remove your account, birth data, and generated content within 30 days. Note that purchases processed through Apple or Google are managed by those platforms and cannot be refunded as part of account deletion.

  How do I report a bug?

Email support@astrasolara.com with a brief description of the issue, the device and OS version you are using, and any screenshots if possible. We appreciate the reports — they help us improve the app for everyone.
