These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AstraSolara.com and the Astra Solara app (the “Services”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
3. Accounts
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
4. Products & Services
We offer personalized digital readings, personalized physical items (birthchart metal art), and ready‑to‑ship merch.
Personalized products are created based on the information you provide.
5. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed through third‑party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card number.
6. Shipping
Our made‑to‑order merch ships to most countries worldwide, everywhere our print partner Printful delivers; a few countries can’t be shipped to because of carrier or legal restrictions. Birthchart Metal Art ships within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Prices are in US dollars and do not include import duties, VAT, or customs charges; on orders shipped outside the United States, your carrier or customs authority may collect these before delivery, and they are the customer’s responsibility. 7. Returns & Refunds
Everything we sell is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind.
- If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. You never pay return shipping.
- Personalized and digital items are final sale, except as described above.
If we can’t replace an item, any approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
8. Personalized Content Disclaimer
Astrology readings and related content are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee outcomes, and you are responsible for how you use the information.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with the platform, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, text, graphics, and software are owned by AstraSolara or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without permission.
11. Third‑Party Services
Our Services may include third‑party tools (e.g., payment processors, fulfillment). Their terms may also apply.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraSolara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
