Everything we make is made for one person, so here is exactly what to expect between placing your order and opening the box.
Personalized Birth Chart Metal Art
Nothing is printed until you order it. We calculate your chart from your birth date, time, and place, render your design, and send it to production.
- Production time: about 1 week. During busy periods it can take up to 2 weeks.
- Shipping cost: Free — shipping is included in the price, anywhere in North America.
- How it ships: we print and ship through Printful and their carrier partners. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your piece leaves the production facility.
- Delivery: a few business days after it ships, depending on where you are.
Your 12×12 inch metal panel arrives ready to hang, with the mounting hardware already fitted to the back.
Merch — shirts, mugs, hats, and totes
Our merch is also made to order through Printful. Production usually takes a few business days, then it ships with tracking. Shipping is $5.99 flat rate, anywhere in North America.
Weekly Readings and Personalized Audio Readings
These are digital, so there is nothing to ship. Your reading appears in your AstraSolara account as soon as it is ready, and we email you to let you know.
Where we ship
We currently ship physical orders within North America. If you are outside North America and would like a piece, email us at support@astrasolara.com and we will see what we can arrange.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 10 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it. Because every piece is custom-made, personalized orders are otherwise final. Full details are in our Shipping and Returns Policy.
