By accessing or using the Astra Solara application (“App”) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App or services.

Astra Solara provides astrological insights, horoscopes, and related content based on user-provided information. Our services are intended for entertainment and personal growth purposes only and are not medical, legal, or financial advice.

**3.1** You must create an account to use certain features of our App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
**3.2** You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your information up to date.
**3.3** You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

## 6. Purchases & Subscriptions
If you purchase paid features or subscriptions, you agree to the pricing, billing, and cancellation terms presented at checkout. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto‑renew until canceled in your account settings.
## 7. Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms
We may offer a mobile messaging program that sends recurring or one‑time text messages (e.g., weekly astrology updates, account or transactional alerts) to the phone number you provide.
**7.1 Program & Entity** — “AstraSolara SMS” operated by **RotationStudios LLC dba AstraSolara**.
**7.2 Frequency** — Approximately 1 message per week for astrology updates; frequency may vary.
**7.3 Opt‑In Consent** — By opting in on our website or app (via unchecked checkbox or similar flow) you consent to receive messages from us. **Consent is not a condition of purchase.**
**7.4 Opt‑Out/STOP** — Reply **STOP** to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message.
**7.5 HELP** — Reply **HELP** for help or contact support@astrasolara.com.
**7.6 Charges** — **Message & data rates may apply.** Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
**7.7 Eligibility** — You must be the account holder or customary user of the phone number to opt in.
**7.8 Changes** — We may change or discontinue the program at any time with notice as required by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RotationStudios LLC dba AstraSolara and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
## 12. Termination
**12.1** We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
**12.2** Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
## 13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.
## 14. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email, in‑app notice, or posting an updated version with a new date). Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
