Delete Your AstraSolara Account

Permanently delete your AstraSolara account and all associated personal data. This action cannot be undone.

This is permanent. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, birth data, and natal chart
  • All daily, weekly, and audio readings
  • Your contacts and connection requests
  • Compatibility reports you purchased
  • Your Messages from the Universe history and ratings
  • Your login credentials (you won't be able to sign back in with this email)
  • Your subscription record on our servers

What we keep

We keep compatibility reports that other people purchased about you — those belong to them and are not affected by deleting your account.

Active App Store / Play Store subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by AstraSolara. After deleting your account, cancel any ongoing subscriptions in your device's Settings → Subscriptions to avoid being billed again.

Your AstraSolara account and all associated personal data have been permanently removed.

Remember to cancel any active App Store or Play Store subscription in your device settings to avoid future charges.

Can't sign in?

If you cannot sign in — for example you forgot your password or no longer have access to your email — we honor deletion requests manually. Email privacy@astrasolara.com from the address on your account, or use our Contact Us form, and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your identity and remove your data.
