Returns & Exchanges
Personalized items (readings + birthchart metal art)
- All sales are final due to customization.
- Exceptions: we will replace items that arrive damaged or have a defect.
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Ready‑to‑ship items (clothing & swag)
- Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.

Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Return Shipping
- For non‑defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- If an item is damaged or defective, we will cover replacement costs.
